What a cute place! It’s the kind of cheery house that makes you smile whenever you see it. Can’t wait to see what you do with it. =)

Laura – I don’t think we have lantanas in Sweden, or at least I don’t think I’ve ever seen a plant like that.

The garden has been mostly ignored by the current owners (except for mowing the lawn) so we’ll have a fair amount of room for experimentation. I’m thinking of forsythias (http://www.fantasticplants.com/Merchant2/graphics/00000001/x%20Forsythia%20'Lynwood%20Gold'2.jpg) to complement the yellow house, or maybe rhododendrons as a contrast. Magnolias are nice too, although they grow quite large…
