We get a big bunch of organic vegetables home delivered every other Tuesday, so I buy less  vegetables from the supermarket than you&#8217;d expect given that my cooking is mostly vegetarian.<\/li>\n<li>Drinkables, such as juice and milk of various kinds. Apple juice to mix with water (for lunch and dinner). Some mainly raspberry-based juice for Adrian &#8211; he alternates between two favourites. Some other berry-based juice for Ingrid. Cow&#8217;s milk for Eric and Ingrid; oat milk for Adrian. Soy yogurt for Adrian.<\/li>\n<li>Baking materials. Flour (under the shopping list), sugar, butter and eggs.<\/li>\n<li>Dinner ingredients. In this case, salmon and sour cream (both well camouflaged here) for cr\u00eape filling. I have never been able to make meal plans in advance and shop weekly &#8211; I decide what to cook the same day.<\/li>\n<li>Bread.
