		<description>The electrical issues are best not left for later. My first house had a big pool that only when the pool filter was running would one experience electric shock in the shower! Investgation revealed the fuse wire for the pool filter had been replaced with a roofing nail. The previous owners homemade electrical work was shall we say, less than safe!</description>
